In 2007 F.lli Branca Distillerie S.r.l. obtained a certification in compliance with the British Retail Consortium (BRC) International standards and the International Food Standard (IFS) for its food quality and safety management system.

Thanks to its quality management system, Fratelli Branca Distillerie s.r.l. aims at guaranteeing:

  • The efficacy of the HACCP system
  • The traceability of implemented activities
  • The accuracy in the selection of raw materials
  • The constant application of the Corporate Ethical Code.

Within a strategy focused on safety in working enviroment, Fratelli Branca Distillerie s.r.l is reconsidering the management system of industrial safety and health to comply with the latest regulations (normativa (D.Lgs. 81 del 9 aprile 2008 - Testo Unico sulla Sicurezza). The company is also going to comply with British Standard OHSAS 18001:2007 reference regulations, acknowledged by the national institutions delegated to monitoring, useful for the correct responsibility attribution to different corporate levels.
